This is an original 1918 NOTICE TO APPEAR FOR PHYSICAL EXAMINATION from the LOCAL WAR BOARD of LAKE COUNTY IN COLORADO . This measures 5 1/2 inches X 3 1/4 inches. This came out of Grand Junction, Colorado and was for Donald Fogel. It has typical vintage edge and corner wear; not mint but gently treated and a tough find! This is a great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR!
