Full page cartoon of Kaiser dreaming of conquering USA. Much on WWI. Other news and topics of interest. Illustrated. VG condition. Wear & tear, mostly at spine from being disbound. Pinholes. ~8.5in x 12in. ~40 pages. Front cover present but back cover is missing from this issue taken from bound volume. In protective sleeve. All payment must be in US funds.
