    A confidential WW1 publication by the United States War Department of the operation and tactics of the machine gun.  This rare publication would be extremely limited in distribution, likely only to officers and trainers.
    I think it is missing it's cover, and am not sure if it has more pages past 206 but the last text seems to be cut off.
