This is a Vintage 'Playtime' Fiberglas Insulated Hot or Cold Green Beverage Picnic Jug with Original Plaid Label and working spigot, pre ~ 1970's, with Yellow Plastic lid and with red rubber ~ no cracks or splits ~ inner seal.  It was made in the USA, marked on the bottom.  There is a pull out spigot that is fully functional ~ pull it out and it starts to pour so have the cup ready.  The yellow lid and inner seal are completely intact, and it screws on easily.  The inside is perfectly clean but there is some discoloration.  It is not dirt ~ it has been cleaned by me.  There are multiple scrapes on the bottom outside but there are no breaks or cracks anywhere in this item.  There are mostly scrapes, some scratches,  and some paint has chipped off, but I consider it in pretty nice condition considering its age and unknown prior life.  The label is completely intact.  There is a bit of rust but very minimal.  The yellow plastic covering the top of the handle is completely intact.  I don't see dents, but if there are they are pretty small for me to have missed them.  I never tell people these types of items can be used for your beverages when you picnic;  you make up your mind, but my own opinion is they are old, and though clean, bring your beverages another way for safety's sake.
The jug stands 9 3/4" tall with the handle down.  It measures 12 1/4" tall with the handle up (and it stands up all on its own).  It is 9 1/2" in diameter at the bottom, and the opening at the top is 3".
