Vintage U.S. Zone French Zone compact. Measures 4 inches. Looks like the foundation powder is unused. Seems to be a tab you pull up to open it. Looks to be missing the powder applicator. These were purchased by servicemen for their wives and girlfriends in postwar Germany. Very fine condition with minor wear.
