vintage compact mirror mid 1940 collectable Irving W. Rice Co. England 2 sided

Up for sale is a beautiful 75+ year old vintage compact mirror. Vintage 75+ years old, in good condition Mirrors not cracked or chipped, even has original sticker as shown in scans.
Green Suede top flower side very nice Suede backside shows some handling. NO gouges, scrapes for the age and having the larger magnification on one side and no flaws in the mirrors its great condition.
Mid 1940's collectable Irving W. Rice Co. England 2 sided approx. 4 1/4" compact mirror. Each Mirror is a different strength. One is obviously normal and the other side. quite strong. Never have we attempted to clean it up in any way, imagine it would be even more beautiful.
The Gold plating around the edges shows wear more so on top side inside than outer (The side the sticker is on) but the gold coloring has a very nice ornate design as shown in scans.
Top of compact appears to be suede material with a "gold filament" flower arrangement into the flower itself. just beautiful.
I have had it examined as I needed to know a bit more to explain about it. Hinge is original and very much intact has a latch type closure. Gold is used in the floral inlay
on the top side and gold plating around the whole compact itself.
Its really very nice and most likely has a lot of history it was left in a large wooden type box-not a trunk in a pillow case, belonging to my Grandmother, I'm assuming as it was some of her items in the box and we as a Family know very little about some things this is why we needed to talk to someone about this item. and some others on the site.
