    Vintage Circa Mid1940's Ladies Powder Compact with Mirror & Palm Tree Relief USA.
    The color of the compact is more yellow in color in person. It does not show that well in the photos.
    The only inscription I can find is below the hinge "MADE IN U.S.A. PAT. 2163429" See detailed photo.
    The mirror has 4 irregular rectangular shapes that appear on the mirror, but seem to be below the surface.
