You are bidding on a T2 MALE to T2 Male camera adapter ring inserted into a FEMALE T2 adapter or M42 adapter to convert a FEMALE adapter.
This  is an exact picture of the adapters you are purchasing. Yes Two  items. The adapter is typically attached to a camera bayonet to T2 mount to  convert a T2 Female to a T2 male.
This is a picture of the  adapter ring being inserted and screwed into make a FEMALE T2  become a Male T2.   the length of thread adapter is  only 5 mm long thus there is no binding when used with camera  standard M42 connections. So you can use this with both types of  threads. M42 to T2 or M42 to M42 or T2 toT2
