The "DISC ERROR" message that effects every single one of these units has been fully repaired and is no longer an issue with this unit.  Special "Digital Audio" blank CD's are REQUIRED for this recorder.  Computer CD-R discs will not work and "NO AUDIO" will display on the front panel.  We will not accept returns based on this error.  We are including 5 blank digital audio CDs with this unit at no charge.  Sony, in their infinite wisdom, decided to put the CD player side on a different output than the CD recorder side, requiring 2 inputs on your receiver to work correctly.  This is not a mistake and we will not accept a return because of this.  Everything works fine.  CD Dubbing at both normal and high speed has been tested and works without issue.
