Rare Turkish BALCI .900 SILVER Rosewater or Oil swirl screw top Dispenser 144grm

This has been in a box in my office for the last 40 years, and I am cleaning out and selling everything.  It is from Balci, Turkish, I believe, and it is all solid .900 silver, the equivalent to US coin silver.  This is listed elsewhere as either an oil or rosewater dispenser.  It is very solid, weight over 144 grams, and measures just over 6 & 1/4" in height, with a working screw on top, nd it stands firmly and without wobbling.  If you like unusual, this could be for you.  I have seen it listed at over 0!!

I do not polish silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina left intact.
