Marked 84 for 84 Zolotniks corresponding to the Russian influence over Persia. This is the equivalent of 875 sterling. Circa late 19th/early 20th century. Maker unknown.
Canape or dessert tongs, 8-1/2". Operates with a spring mechanism.
