    Description

Collection Antique Original WW1 Maps and other Papers 313th Field Artillery Regiment St Mihiel Meuse Argonne.
From my Grandfathers collection of Officer's Maps and papers starting from his diagrams, tests at Fort Sill, Oklahoma Field Artillery Fire School 3/1918.
He was a First Lieutenant in the 313th Field Artillery Regiment, 155th Field Artillery Brigade 80th Division American Expeditionary Force in France May 25, 1918 through Armistice November 11, 1918.
His maps include daily locations and hand written notations with Maps of St Mihiel, Meuse River-Argonne Forest Offensive,
His post war collections includes a copy of a typed history of the 155th Field Artillery Brigade with list of officers names and home addresses and handwritten X's presumably to mark those killed in action dated 12/1918 and listings of photos that can be obtained from the signal corps including names and details. No significant photos are included. They are just shown for context (he is the officer on the far right of the photo).
His Doughboy metal helmet is listed in another auction.
The list of maps includes Dun-Ser-Meuse "used at the front" 1/20,000
    Tonnerre Billeting Area

    Verdun "B"

Map to Illustrate the Offensive of St Mihiel Salient shows three phases so must have been produced after the war.
Maps are in variable condition - see photos: some appear unused but folded for 104 years and some have tears on the folds and missing small pieces of paper as expected after being used at war
