Beautiful Antique Venetian Millefiori Trade Bead Elbow Shooting Star Yellow, Red

DESCRIPTION:  Listing for One Antique Venetian Millefiori Elbow Shaped Trade Bead.  Brick red and yellow 6-point "Shooting Star" Murrine Pattern center outlined in black, within white circle.  Surrounded by striped rays of brick red, dark brick red, yellow, dark brick red, brick red sections alternating with white.  Black drawn glass core.  This
is a what I call a smaller elbow bead, and is beautifully delicate and very hard to find!- it would make a wonderful centerpiece bead ("smaller" in comparison with some of the huge elbow beads I have).  It would also be a nice addition to any Trade Bead Collection.
From late 1800's to early 1900's.
SIZE:  Bead is ~40mm at longest X 11mm wide.  Elbow shaped.
CONDITION:
Bead
is in very good condition.
This is a circulated Antique Trade Bead, and will show some surface wear, as expected, but is in above average condition.
No Cracks.  Tiny end chipping is normal in circulated Trade Beads.  One end shows an old med size surface chip (on left photo 2 & 3, photo 7 & 8) and a smaller old chip on other end.
Overall very nice.
Note the irregularities at the ends can be the visible murrine sections as they are pieced onto the drawn glass core.
