ANTIQUE ORIGINAL Appointment of Charles William Strickling to the Commission of Major, Field Artillery Section of the Officers Reserve Corps of the Army of the United States on the Fourteenth day of February Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen. Recorded and Signed on February 15,1919 by the Adjutant General and the Assistant Secretary of War.
Framed under glass. Frame is approximately 11-1/4” by 8-1/2”. Frame is black painted wood.
Old item with signs of age - letter has yellowed from age and has some stains. Frame has scuffs, scratches and chips. The back paper has some rips. Please see pictures to determine condition for yourself.
