For your consideration is a beautiful antique Islamic bath bowl, aka hammam tas
Made of hand hammered and tooled high grade solid silver, thick and heavy
Decorated with a calligraphic text in fancy Kufic script all over around, both highly elaborate and meaningful. Possibly a quote from the Holly Quran or a daring inscription
Concentric circles inside
Circa 19th century, Ottoman Empire
All original
Measurements:
Approx. 5.5" diameter (across), 2" tall / deep
