Up for auction is a World War One State of Utah Certificate awarded to a Mr Jacob Hafen for recognition of him serving in the great War. It is signed by the Governor. It measures 14 x 10.5 inches and has a tape reinforced corner crease at top left, a couple small tears in bottom margin and light staining at bottom left
